How come whenever I feel tired, I start to remember where I left it in my dream last night?
I was pretty exhausted lately. During the day, when I start to feel tired, my mind starts to wander and I start to remember my dream last night. It makes me want to go to sleep to continue dreaming. Is it the body of my way to tell my mind I need to relax? Anyone else have this happen to them? Is this normal?
